About the event

Festival of the Red Rose
Zion's annual Red Rose Festival and Worship will take place on Pentecost Sunday, June 8, 2025 beginning at 10:30 am. In keeping with the traditions of Zion as the Red Rose Church, we will "pay the rent of one red rose" to Mr. Andrew Robertson “Rob” Black, a ninth-generation descendant of Henry William and Elizabeth Huber Stiegel. Our Pentecost worship will feature a number of anthems by Zion's choir. Coffee and refreshments will be available before and after the service of worship.
