MixxedFit with Nae every Friday 715pn and Sunday 200pm. MixxedFit is a people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning. This format is for all levels and easy to follow.

Your first class is always FREE. Monthly membership is only $25 or 5 classes for $20. Looking forward to seeing you soon!!
