At our August 8 get together, Sabena Lund from Palliative Care WA will share insights into the organisation’s work supporting individuals and families at the end of life — including their free services to help people complete an Advance Health Directive (AHD), Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) or Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG).
