The "Letting Go" Breathwork Journey is a deeply immersive experience designed to support those carrying the weight of past hurts, resentment or self-judgement. Using somatic breathwork combined with carefully crafted frequencies, music, affirmations, and guided vocal journeys, this session helps release what no longer serves, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. It creates a nurturing space to gently unravel the grip of old stories and patterns, inviting a profound sense of freedom, lightness, and acceptance. Participants are guided to reconnect with their authentic selves, making space for new possibilities and a renewed sense of peace.
