Reps For Rowan

Join us Saturday, June 28th as we rally around one of our own, Amanda Doell. Her 2 year old son, Rowan, was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Let’s come together as a community and take some of the financial burden off of them as they focus on what’s next for Rowan’s treatment. Your generous donations will go towards covering Rowan's medical expenses, including chemotherapy, medications, and hospital stays. Any additional support will go towards ensuring his comfort and well-being during his treatment.

Every little bit helps, and we are incredibly grateful for any support you can offer!

Our CFM coaches have designed a workout honoring Rowan and will be as follows:
3 rounds:
9 chest to bar pull-ups
12 deadlifts (225/155)
21 air squats

Rowan will be 3 this year and the rep scheme represents his birthday. You can wear a vest to “take some weight off of the family.” Please wear blue or orange as those are Rowan’s favorite colors.

Workout slots are 8am and 9am. 10am will be left for CrossFit Kids & iFit. No sign ups necessary - just show up in blue and orange, workout, and donate! Cash or Venmo accepted.
