Pasta is one of the most popular foods in the world. Available in an amazing range of shapes, and flavors, it is incredibly versatile, and can be served in different ways. Try your hand at making your own pasta. In this hands-on class, you can learn how to make pasta from scratch with simple tools, plus four (4) pasta sauces that you can easily pair with your pasta. Recipes are Spaghetti ai Funghi, Cacio e Pepe al Cavolfiore, Pasta alla Boscaiola, and Creamy Carbonara.
