Class Description
Enjoy a hands-on Vietnamese Cookery Class – A unique blend of Chinese and French style, Vietnamese food is greatly admired for its fresh and fragrant flavour. Naturally low in dairy and fat, you will learn the tips and trick to enjoy making Vietnamese at home.
Combination of hands-on cooking and demonstration. Eat as you cook and takeaway your creations. You will leave with tips and tricks to cook more delicious dishes at home.

Goi Xoai – Vietnamese Mango Salad – fresh and full of exciting textures! crunchy with zesty fruit and vegetables
Chicken Pho – Fragrant and aromatic broth with rice noodles and tender chicken
Goi Cuon Ca Nuong – Vietnamese baked fish – This terrific fish dish is a combination of rich fish fillets with spicy sauce

What’s included:
Free drink on arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
All ingredients provided, you will eat as you cook and take home the additional dishes, bring containers or use our simple ones.
Copies of the recipes will be emailed to you after the class.
