Saturday June 7th, we’ll flow through a beautiful lineup of sensual summer somatics. After dropping deep into our bodies through slow, juicy opening exercises, we'll build energy to a euphoric peak through ecstatic dance. Bare feet in the grass, sunshine on skin, seaside air breezing, heartbeats pumping! This fuel will power the group through a delicious breathwork journey, followed by a gentle, soothing sound healing experience. We'll cap the evening off with group meditation & connection as the sun sets over the ocean, hearts opened wider by the sweet, earthy gift of ceremonial cacao.
