In honor of Summer Solstice Mira Rocca is creating an inspiring and powerful wellness experience at BIG Heart Ranch in Malibu!

Featuring:

✨Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT Tapping - Release all that has been holding you back so you can Get Clear and Intentional for the second half of 2025.

✨Guided Meditation/Journaling - Feel Grounded, Connected and Empowered to take clear action steps to truly live On Purpose

✨Equine Experience - Activate horse healing to regulate your nervous system, and deepen connection with Self

Experience Schedule:

9am-9:30am :: Arrival / Welcome/Event overview/ Opening Circle

9:30am - 10:30 :: EFT Tapping, Guided Meditation, Journaling

10:30-10:45 :: snack stretch break

10:45-11:30 :: Equine Assisted Learning and Healing Circle

11:30-12:00pm :: Closing Circle

🤠 WHAT TO BRING / WEAR

Long Pants, closed toe shoes are a recommended!*

Something cushioned, pillow, water bottle and Yoga mat

All activities will be outdoors so, hat sunscreen and clothing layers for weather protections recommended

Light snacks and refreshments provided
