Get ready to move, sweat, and smile every Monday night at MPAC!
Join us for two back-to-back classes that bring the fun, the fitness, and the feel-good vibes taught by Elle, from Embrace Dancing.

6:30–7:15pm: Zumba
An energising cardio dance workout to Latin and world rhythms—no experience needed!

7:15–8:00pm: Latin American Dance
Learn styles like cha-cha, rumba & waltz—partner or not, all welcome!

Come for one class or stay for both.
No pressure, just great music, movement, and community.
