The Pause- Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath

An invitation to sink back into your exhale, and to shift the undercurrent of your momentum. Moving from a state of rushing and doing, to a state of noticing and being. Embracing and softening into the intention of “less is more”, as your invited to set aside the physical, mental and spiritual load that you carry. Offering your body a gift to pause, notice and reset. Exploring gentle movement and supportive long holds to cultivate myofascial release and presence within the body. Followed by a guided meditative deep rest to switch on your relaxation response. Throughout the evening you will be immersed in a live sound bath of Native America flute and singing bowls with Peta Minter to deepen your experience.
