Kundalini Yoga day in Maleny by Donation.

This event is by Donation of Cash on the day. Bookings are essential as we are limited in Numbers. Please text 0499030610 with your name , phone number so we can add you to whats app group and also how many people you are bringing.

Join us in the Verandah Room at Maleny Community Centre on the 6th July for a wonderful Kundalini yoga experience for four hours.

9.30am One hour yoga class ( BYO matt, bolster, snuggly clothing and blanket) Includes warm up and Kriya as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

10.30 Golden Mylk morning tea ( Vegan, GF, Dairy Free) BYO mug for drinking.

11am 62 minute Venus Kriya with partner ( we will supply a partner if you come on your own) Involves Mantra, mudra, connection.

12.15 Lunch provided vegetarian Ayurvedic winter nourishment. ( most suitable for Vegan tastes) BYO Plate, fork and spoon for lunch. Washing up facilities available for you.

12.45 to 1.30pm Sound healing relaxing guided meditation to close.

This day is suitable for beginners through to teachers of Kundalini yoga. Its a beautiful immersion day for winter wellness.
