Just for fun- Juggling and Spin Poi

Step into a vibrant, feel-good experience with Dr. Juggle and Bijam of Yoga — a playful fusion of mindful movement, therapeutic juggling, and SpinPoi.
This unique session blends juggling, poi spinning, and sensory-based activities to support brain fitness, coordination, and emotional regulation.
By engaging both sides of the body and brain through bilateral stimulation and fun; participants experience improved focus, balance, and mood. Plus you might just actually learn to juggle. SpinPoi adds a rhythmic, flowing element that’s not only fun but deeply grounding and therapeutic.
The vibe is light-hearted, inclusive, and energising — creating a space of connection, joy, and mindful motion for all ages and abilities.
Kids are most welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
