Sunflower Cupcake Posy

Pipe 3 sunflowers in buttercream using a range of nozzles, then assemble a baby cupcake posy.

We will bake 3 cupcakes for you and provide buttercream. Under the guidance of our expert tutors you will learn to pipe individual petal style sunflowers in buttercream. You will learn all about adding colour to buttercream and how to assemble your cupcake posy and gift wrap it with cellophane.

Includes tutorial: all about buttercream - how to make it, achieving the right consistency, storage and colouring techniques.

- fill a piping bag

- pipe the sunflower centre
