Mini Bumblebee cake

Decorate a mini dome cake as this cute bumblebee complete with honeycomb and 'honey'.

We will bake a mini dome cake for you which you will fill with jam & buttercream and then decorate as a super cute bumblebee. You will decorate a cake board to look like honeycomb with 'honey' Everything is explained step by step and you will be amazed at how many skills are covered.

How to:
- fill a dome cake with jam and buttercream
- make the perfect domed shape with sugarpaste (fondant)
- create perfect stripes
- make the wings
- use a veiner to add detail to the wings
- make a 'stinger'
- add the super cute eyes with highlights - these transform your bumblebee and add to the overall cuteness
- use modelling tools
- use moulds (the bow)
- ice a cake board
- use a texture mat to create the honeycomb
- use dust colours to enhance
- make 'honey'
- store and transport your cake
