Piped Highland cow cupcakes

A really fun course with very yummy results!

We will bake you 4 double chocolate cupcakes which you will decorate as Highland cows. Extend your piping & modelling skills - model horns, noses, tongues; make moulded bows and flowers; pipe with chocolate ganache buttercream.

How to:
- make horns, tongues and noses from sugarpaste (roll out icing)
- make moulded bows and flowers
- achieve the perfect consistemcy for your buttercream
- colour buttercream
- fill a piping bag (without getting in a mess!)
- use the grass nozzle
- store and transport your creations
