Piped animal cupcakes

Extend your piping skills whilst creating these cute and yummy cupcakes - make a puppy, a kitten, a horse and an owl, working on double chocolate cupcakes & using chocolate ganache buttercream.

A real gem of a class! You will go home with four super cute and incredibly yummy cupcakes (double chocolate, piped with white and milk chocolate ganache buttercreams). You will also learn simple modelling techniques and a range of piping skills.

How to:
- make ears, tongues, noses, eyes and a beak from sugarpaste (roll out icing)
- fill a piping bag (without getting in a mess!)
- use an adapter (coupler)
- flat ice a cupcake (and why)
- pipe stars
- pipe pulled stars
- use the grass nozzle
- create bulbs
- store & transport your cupcakes
