Create a wired Dahlia and fern leaves, then wire into a small spray.

Working with flower paste and professional tools you will be amazed at what you can create under the guidance of an experienced tutor.

How to:
- create the dahlia centre in the optimum shape
- work with flower paste
- cut petals, vein and shape petals
- create individually wired petals
- assemble and create the dahlia
- create wired fern leaves
- add dust colours to enhance your flowers and leaves
- use a cake steamer to set the colour
- create a wired flower spray
- secure flower sprays to cakes
- store & transport your flowers
