Mini Tree Stump cake with moulded Animals

Create this delightful mini tree stump cake and a selection of moulded animals.

We will bake mini cakes for you which you will fill with buttercream, and then decorate as a tree stump. Moving on you will use a selection of moulds to make animals, leaves, pine cones and toadstools. Learn how to get the best from moulds including layering colour and eyes. Everything is explained step by step and you will be amazed at how many skills are covered.

How to:
- ice a cake board
- create grass texture
- layer and prepare your mini tree stump cake
- ice your cake with sugarpaste (fondant)
- make a bark design and roots
- use moulds to create a selection of animals, toadstool, leaves and pine cones
