Halloween Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a spellbinding evening of movement and magic as we celebrate Halloween with a soulful yoga flow and immersive sound bath. This special class invites you to unwind and embrace the mystical energy of the season. What’s Brewing: A gentle, all-levels yoga practice to ground and awaken, Halloween-inspired ambiance with moody lighting and music, guided breathwork and meditation to release tension and invite clarity and a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal bowls and chimes. Costumes are welcome—just make sure you can move freely! Sink into stillness and leave feeling enchanted, refreshed, and ready to float into your evening.
