Theory Madison Topping Out Celebration

Join us to celebrate a major milestone as Theory Madison reaches its tallest point. The event will feature a beam signing, brief remarks, and time to connect with project partners and community members. It takes place Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at 427 N Lake St, Madison, WI. Parking is available at the State Street Campus Garage at 430 N Frances St.

After the ceremony, join us at the Terrace for light refreshments and continued celebration.
