Meet the Speaker: Selina Galanis
Selina Galanis brings over 25 years of diverse and dynamic real estate experience, spanning corporate, commercial, and residential sectors. She began her career managing high-volume lease negotiations and site selections for Fortune 20 companies, ultimately overseeing a seven-state territory and more than 400 commercial transactions annually. Her strategic approach and operational expertise later supported the rapid expansion of a national franchise brand, where she guided new franchisees through site selection, lease negotiation, and buildout.
In 2013, Selina transitioned to residential real estate, joining the Mark Boyland Team in New York as Team Leader. Her leadership, systems integration, and coaching helped triple the team’s annual closings and achieve a record-breaking $90M in volume and $2.2M in GCI by 2021. During the pandemic, her foresight and process innovation positioned the team as a leader in compliance and productivity amid strict market restrictions.
Now based in Texas, Selina serves as Vice President of Growth and Operations for Rick Geha’s sales team and eXp organization. As a Master Coach with Workman Success Systems, she’s passionate about helping agents and teams scale sustainably through proven systems, smart strategy, and accountability. Her career reflects a rare blend of big-picture thinking, tactical execution, and a deep commitment to empowering others in real estate.
