Pilates at The Vineyard

Join us on Sunday, June 29th from 11-12pm for Pilates at The Vineyard!

Daniela, owner of Barre2Pilates LLC in Mentor, Ohio is a master instructor of 23 years. Her barre and mat Pilates program is low-impact yet challenging. You will sculpt, stretch and strengthen in this 50 minute class!

All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Price includes a glass of wine or non alcoholic beverage after the class.
