For one night only, Saunaday welcomes a German-certified Sauna Master for an evening of Aufguss—a guided sauna ritual that weaves together heat, essential oils, and music to connect you more deeply to body and breath.

On Wednesday, August 21, step into the Cedar Sauna and journey from the salt-kissed shores of the Aegean, to the cool hush of the Alpine forest, and finally to the deep-rooted tradition of birch veniks in the Russian banya. Let the rising heat and fragrant steam carry you across landscapes—August vacation vibes, no passport required.
