4 Gongs and Sound Instruments on Picnic Point

Grab a folding chair, a blanket and a bottle of water and come on out to site 2 on Picnic Point for a beautiful night with three Sacred Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, A Crystal Harp, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Sacred Chimes, A Rain Drum and more.

Gong Meditations Use Vibrational healing to alleviate stress, anxiety, depression and shift energetic blocks. Singing bowls and other instruments create a peaceful and restorative environment for powerful transformation!

After a brief introduction, the session begins with a short centering to ground into the space. Krista plays singing bowls and a variety of instruments for powerful vibrational healing.
