Sound Healing at Saunaday

✨ The first time I heard Kelsey Shea at Breathe Yoga Studio in Middleton, I thought—who is this human? I’ve experienced a good number of sound healers over the years, but her blend of voice and instruments is unlike anything else—beautiful, grounding, and expansive all at once.

This Saturday, we’re thrilled to welcome her to Saunaday, where her sound healing will mingle with the gentle rhythm of water and steam. 🌿 Join us in the Garden Lounge on Saturday, August 23 | 6–8:30 PM. For details, see our website: www.sauna.day/events

Sessions run on the hour for 30-minutes (6:00, 7:00, 8:00). Simply book any session and drop in to the lounge for this complimentary immersion.
