Full Moon Yoga Series
🌕 Full Moon Yoga Series 🌿
Join me monthly with Root & Align this summer for grounding movement, gentle breath work, and meditation under the moonlight.

We’ll flow through Chandra Namaskar—or Moon Salutation—a calming yoga sequence to support balance and inner stillness.

Together, we'll breathe, move, and meditate, soaking in the stillness and quiet power of the full moon.

🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome

🌧️ Hard rain cancels
📅 June 11th, July 9th, August 8th, and September 7th
