Are you signed up for a long-distance bike ride this year? Join Century Training Club and build your endurance with a friendly and supportive group! Our goal is to make endurance cycling accessible and fun. Learn new routes, meet new people, and enjoy lots of coffee shop stops along the way!
What to Expect:
-All rides will depart from Machinery Row Bicycles at 8:00am and will return at varying times, depending on mileage and pace.
-Rides will start around 20 miles in May and build to around 70 miles in August. Distance will increase by about 5 miles a week.
-There will be two pace groups: The A Group will average 15-16mph. The B Group will average 14-15mph. We will try to be no-drop at pace.
-This is a drop-in event. Come to as many rides as you like.
-We will share route details the week before via Instagram and our email list. Contact

-Century Training Club is targeted at intermediate riders. There are other group rides that cater to more relaxed or competitive cycling styles.
What Are We Training For?
There are rides galore around Wisconsin throughout the summer. This training schedule is intended to prepare you for the Door County Century ride (sign up for that separately if you like) on September 7th. The DCC is a scenic, well-supported (lots of good snacks) ride that often has pleasant, cool weather.
The Century Training Club should be helpful for training for plenty of other events as well, such as RAGBRAI, the Scenic Shore 150, and many many other rides!
We hope you can join us!
