Celestial Bodies Ecstatic Dance

The summer solstice is here! Let's dance in celebration of the celestial bodies that help us keep the rhythms of our own mind-body-spirits. Expect some higher tempo music, trance tunes, and music that will remind you to ✨sparkle ✨

I offer ecstatic dance rituals with the intention of moving towards expansion in the mind, body, and spirit. Dance rituals are completely free form - no prior experience or training necessary! They begin with an opening circle to declare our shared intent for our dance journey, then flow through music curated based on Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms Method, and end with an integration circle to share the wisdom we've received through the dance.

Dance spaces are not for talking or socializing, but rather for spiritual and somatic practice of connecting to yourself, Source, and the Earth. Consent must be given between any dancers on the dance floor. Substance use is not permitted on the dance floor. Infants in arms and children are welcome on the dance floor, but this dance is geared towards older audiences. All infants and children MUST wear ear protection on the dance floor.

Water and tea will be served after our dance and you're welcome to stay and schmooze with the other dancers!
