Adult Recess- Olbrich Natural Playground

Adult Recess is a reoccurring monthly fitness event in Madison, WI that uses play and fun to present challenging and interesting movement opportunities. If you are into parkour, MovNat, adults playing on parks or recapturing your inner child, this is for you! All abilities welcome. We move around to different parks in the city each month!
