Individual instruction (1 hour by appointment).
- Three group sessions on Saturday, Sunday and Monday build on your understanding based on your experiences, leaving you with a valuable skill for life.

- Optional extras: daily yoga asana sessions with pranayama prior to group meditation practice, delicious vegetarian meals, more time with your teacher, option to stay in fabulous accommodation in a stunning setting, guided walks in nature, time to get to know the rest of your small group of like minded people!

About your teacher:
Dr Gemma Beckley (former Clinical Psychologist) has over 10 years of teaching TM full-time to over 5000 students around the UK and abroad both on retreat, non-residentially, privately and in businesses. She has taught people from all walks of life, with a range of abilities, diagnoses, belief systems, religions and backgrounds from age 5 to 95, of all genders and sexuality, all races and professions including artists, business leaders, trades people, and A-list celebrities! Formerly a resident of Kent with most of her courses in London, she now lives near Dolgellau with her partner Robert (and lots of animals) where they now host 'deep retreats'.
