St Anne’s YMCA with special guest Lorraine Catterall from Temple Spa

🌟Come and meet our special guest Lorraine Catterall at the next St Annes YMCA group. Lorraine is a senior lifestyle consultant at Temple Spa. She’s providing a wellbeing spa experience with a slumber facial using lovely products from the Temple Spa skincare range.

Come and join us if you already live alcohol free or are interested in the benefits or you’re cutting down on drinking or thinking about it.

ℹ️£6 pay as you go with coffee and tea including decaf and herbal and books to borrow from our free quit lit book library. We have leaflets and information on other health and wellbeing practitioners and plan social events.

✨No need to check in at reception. We have no agenda and take no notes. There’s no obligation to stop drinking if you join us. We’ve just created a safe and non judgemental space for community and connection with other women.

🆓car park outside, room is accessible and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Fylde to attend - you’re welcome wherever you live🌟
