🌟Come and join our group if you’d like community and connection with other women who already live alcohol free, are interested in the benefits, are cutting down on drinking or considering cutting down. No obligation to stop drinking if you join us, it’s just a safe, non judgemental space to make your own informed choices. You don’t need to live in Wyre to attend, you’re welcome wherever you live.

✨We’re close to the beach if you enjoy a walk and close to the shops. £6 pay as you go with tea and coffee including decaf and herbal, biscuits, free quit lit book library, leaflets and information on other health and wellbeing services and community activities.

✨Room is accessible, lift available, free car park outside and bus stop nearby.
