🌸Join our growing community of women who already live alcohol free, are interested in learning more about the benefits, are cutting down on drinking or thinking about it. No obligation to stop drinking if you join us - some women who attend groups are choosing to cut down and drink more mindfully but haven’t made a decision to stop. That’s fine too - we provide space and time for everyone to make decisions that are right for them as an individual.

🌷Groups are £6 pay as you go with tea and coffee including decaf and herbal, free ‘quit lit’ book library, information and leaflets on other health and wellbeing services including holistic wellbeing practitioners.

🌼Room is accessible, free car park and bus stop nearby. You don’t need to live in Wyre to attend. You’re welcome wherever you live🌹
