Join us for a transformative 6-week journey designed to support teens ages 14–17 as they navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence, clarity, and care.
The Growing Through It Series offers a safe, culturally centered space to explore topics that matter; from puberty and consent to mental health and relationships. Through engaging activities, open dialogue, and affirming guidance, teens will build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and tools for lifelong wellness.
Each week includes:
