All meats locally reared. Butchered & dry aged at The Meat Hut.
Cooked over Birchwood Forestry wood & charcoal.
The meal will be served for everyone to
enjoy the food, experience & atmosphere together

Clay oven baked focaccia with Angiddy Welsh brie


From the Fire Station
Fire roasted Longhope beef ribeye & rump
Crunchy roasted new season potatoes with fermented wild garlic chimichurri
Brandy flamed courgettes with lemon & rosemary
Charred local tomato & smoked mozzarella salad


Dessert
Ember roasted peach, almond streusel, glazed meringue, charcoal ice cream
