Pairing Plates & Pints Under the Summer Sky
Join us for our Summer Beer Dinner outside in the Beer Garden on Thursday August 14th, at 5:30!
We will have a delicious menu, paired with 5 tasty brews. Tickets are available on our website under the “store” tab!
First Course-
Teriyaki Chicken Skewer- Char-grilled chicken glazed in house teriyaki sauce, skewered with sweet bell peppers and caramelized pineapple. A tropical-savory opener kissed by the flame.
Secand Course-
Pork Belly Burnt Ends over Spiced Polenta- Smoky, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly glazed to perfection, served over creamy polenta with a touch of warm spice.
Third Course-
Grilled Peach & Mint Pesto Salad- Charred summer peaches tossed with peppery arugula, fresh mint pesto, candied bacon, chopped nuts, and a hint of lemon vinaigrette.
Main Course-
Pan-Seared Duck with Wild Berry Gastriqu- Crispy duck breast finished with a tart berry reduction, paired with a late-summer sweet corn succotash featuring heirloom tomatoes and prosciutto.
Dessert-
Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake with Fresh Fruit Compote- Velvety cheesecake rippled with raspberry, topped with a medley of peak-season fruit compote. A decadent finish balanced by a bright fruited
