Impressions: Screen printing @ The Mayfly

Get involved with the "IMPRESSIONS" project and develop your sketches or photos of the sculptures on the beach by exploring screenprint printmaking. We encourage everybody to get involved , previous experience is not required.
With a host of sculptures brought to the town as part of First Light Festival join in on one of our 3 hour printmaking sessions led by Hugh and Lisa Davies. Using cut paper stencils is a great way to explore screenprinting. The technique lends itself to creating graphic images with potential for both bold shapes and fine lines. Bring along a selection of sketches and/or photographs that you have made of the sculptures on the beach as a basis for your design.

This Event is Free but Online Booking is required. Online Booking opens at 10am on Saturday 14th June
