Our Mommy & Me yoga classes offer a welcoming and compassionate community for new mothers looking to connect with other moms while bonding with their baby through yoga. If you are ready to move and stretch, while creating a bonding experience with your infant, this class is for you. All poses are safe for mother and baby, and assist with recovery after labor.

WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR:

• This class is designed for mothers with babies 3 months old to walking (roughly 1 years old)

• No prior yoga experience is needed

IMPORTANT CLASS INFO:

• To minimize distraction and maintain a clean space, we recommend feeding your baby before class if possible. If you are bringing snacks, try to avoid foods that make a mess.

• We recommend bringing self-soothing items (ie – pacifiers, toy, blankets) to help keep your baby engaged and attentive.

• To maintain an intimate space, we kindly ask that older siblings are not brought to the studio, as we do not have adequate space/resources for supervision.

• To help protect our floors, please leave strollers in the lobby and do NOT bring them into the yoga practice area.

• If you or your baby are not feeling well, kindly stay home
