MetroConnect Small Business Workshop: Alternative Delivery

Come for insight on what the DEOD Early Works Package approval process and how the contractorcan streamline their approvals. During this in-person event DEOD will explain what an Early Works Project is, explain the DEOD EWP Review process, introduce attendees to the DEOD Forms 1 through 7 by explaining what they are, who is responsible for completing the forms and provide best practices for streamlining successful submission of your EWP.

DEOD can also share information on our brand new, Open-Ended Performance Plan (OEPP) requirements and what this means for Bidders and subcontractors interested in performing on an Alt-Delivery project!

During this event Prime Contractor PMs who are performing on awarded contracts but haven’t started their Phase 2 Construction (basically all of them) will be invited to share details on their required outreach events, provide details of the anticipated scope with identified NAICS Codes, and network with interested subcontractors.
