Daily Ranger Program

From Memorial Day thru Labor Day, Valles Caldera National Preserve will offer regular ranger programs every Thursday through Sunday starting at 11:00 am. These programs are free, and there's no registration required - just show up at the Volcano Discovery Center to join!

These programs are what we call "ranger's choice," which means that the subject will vary depending on the ranger you get. Take a chance and join us to learn something new about Valles Caldera's geology, wildlife, cultural history, fire ecology, or creative arts!
