Childcare Swap & Community Meetup

Join local Loomis families and get to know them in real-time as we set out to build a village together!

***This event is intended to help families connect to each other so they may potentially pair up to provide and share childcare services (swapping) for date nights and more! We do ask that whole families attend so that each family can feel they have truly vetted a connection to potential pairings. We want everyone to feel safe and transparency in this is SO important. We need all or most of your family present so that families may observe how they interact with one another. (Ex. Do the kids all get along? Are the family values and parenting styles similar/matched? Is this family really committed to an ongoing commitment?)

To create a successful event for those TRULY interested in using this meetup to fill a REAL NEED for their families, we are asking for a $10 deposit via Venmo to the host (Whitney) which will be used to purchase Costco pizza and drinks for the event :) This will help us to not only satiate the kiddos & families while we spend time together, but also help us to vet the intentions of those showing up and that we are all REALLY ready to find a family we can reciprocate support with. No time/energy wasted. No hangry people. WIN-WIN.

*Please contact host with any food allergies/sensitivities so that we can determine if that need can be met or if $10 fee should be waived as a courtesy so you can bring your own snacks/food.
