Magnolia Wellness Hour: How to Exercise to Boost Your Mental Health with Dr. Sharon Gam
In this interactive workshop, you’ll discover how movement can rewire your brain, lift your mood, and help you see yourself in a new light. You’ll learn how to choose the right type and intensity of exercise, build confidence through movement skills, and adapt any workout to maximize the mental health benefits. You’ll walk away with practical tools to help you feel stronger, inside and out.

Sharon Gam, PhD, is an exercise physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Health Coach, and highly credentialed fitness professional with over 18 years of experience as a personal trainer. She specializes in strength training for mental health, helping people use movement to build resilience, boost confidence, and improve overall well-being. Sharon is passionate about translating the science of exercise into practical strategies that empower people to feel stronger, both mentally and physically.

Magnolia Wellness Hour is a FREE Community Talk, every 2nd Tuesday in our conference room. Space is limited, and registration is required.
