Christmas Eve Peace Flow + Sound Bath with Bevalie Pritchard & Emma Koi

This Christmas Eve, join us for a 75-minute, all-levels gentle yoga flow designed to help you settle your nervous system and create inner spaciousness for the peace of Christmas Eve.

Led by Bevalie Pritchard, this slow, peace-centered flow will guide you back to your breath and into a sense of quiet presence. Musician and sound practitioner Emma Koi will accompany the practice with gentle, intuitive live sound, closing the evening with an extended sound bath to leave you feeling deep peace and quiet calm.
