Discover the ancient wisdom of Yoga Nidra—a practice that goes beyond surface-level resolutions. This powerful technique guides you beyond the mind and into the subconscious, where true change begins. You'll plant a personalized intention that gently reprograms how you engage with life—mentally, emotionally, and energetically—throughout the year ahead.

This class meets in the Conference Room (2nd Floor) at 7:00pm for discussion, and moves into the yoga studio at 7:30 for Yoga Nidra (Sleep Meditation) practice. Bring something to take notes, and wear layers as body temperatures tend to drop during meditation practice.
