Touch Grass Day-Tripper: Wild Creatives (October 4th)

Explore, create, and connect in nature's boundless playground. Our curated day events are designed to immerse you in the beauty of nature while igniting your creative spark.

Join us for a coaster making workshop where you will be given the tools and instructions to make your own garden coaster inspired by mushrooms, moss and meadowy textures.

This is a slow paced and creative activity. Light refreshments will be provided.

This workshop is facilitated by Julia from Introverts' Home.

The entrance to the venue is on one level. There is a mezzanine inside that you would have to climb a ladder to access. All of the activities will be happening on the main lower level.

About Touch Grass

Touch Grass is an outdoor community for queer women and non-binary people of colour.

We are committed to fostering community growth through outdoor gatherings and wellness-focused trips that encourage us to rekindle our relationship with nature. Our immersive experiences go beyond relaxation—it's about empowerment, wellness, and forging meaningful connections.

Our vision is for queer people of colour to see the outdoors as a space where we belong. A Natural England study found that White people are 70% more likely than Black and Asian people to spend time in the countryside. We want to change this. We deserve to reap the benefits of improved emotional well-being and physical health too.

We believe creativity and nature go hand in hand, which is why most of our events encourage you to embrace nature and your inner creative spirit.
