About the event

Tango Classes & Milonga Re! in Central London (Camden Edition)
This Tuesday at Re!🔥

✨ Milonga Re! goes on an adventure ✨

This Tuesday we start our milonguera journey! Our beloved Piccadilly spot won’t be available every week in the coming months… so we will be moving around London one tanda at a time 💃🕺

👉 First stop: 30th September -> Camden Town – The Camden (one night only!).
👉 Second stop: 7th October -> Back to Piccadilly – 194 one ninety four (one night only!)

Each week will be a surprise, so make sure to check our socials or website to know where the dance floor will pop up. Think of it like tango treasure hunting… until we are back home at Piccadilly 194. 🎶❤️

See you Tuesday in Camden!

What does “RE” mean in Argentine Spanish?
If you’ve been around Argentinians for more than 10 minutes, you’ve probably heard someone say “Re” — like “Re lindo,” “Re bueno,” or just “Re.” But what does it mean?
“Re” is short for “recontra”, and it’s used to intensify whatever comes next. Think of it like saying “super,” “totally,” or “sooo” in English.
• Está re bueno → It’s super good
• Estoy re cansado → I’m so tired
• Ella es re piola → She’s really cool
But here’s the fun part:
Argentinians also use “Re” on its own — like an entire answer.
Let’s say someone asks:
“do you wanna go dance tonight?”
You can just say:
“Re.”
That’s it.
And it means something like:
“Yes, totally!” / “Of course!” / “Absolutely!”
So when we say Milonga Re, we are not just naming a milonga —
we’re saying it’s SO milonga.
Totally milonga. Super milonga. Re milonga.

The hug for Tuesdays
