RISE AND ROOT

RISE + ROOT is a transformative wellness experience designed to help you reconnect deeply with your body, mind, and soul. This unique session combines energizing movement and immersive sound healing to create a holistic journey of release and renewal.

-THE WORKOUT

Chloé's Energy Energy class integrates yoga, mobility, bodyweight strength and cardio. This unique combination will help you shift from mind to body, leaving you empowered, energised and grounded.

-THE SOUND

Lilly's sound healing uses crystal bowls, gong, and chimes to help you unwind and reset your nervous system. It's all about releasing what you don't need and reconnecting with yourself. Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more rooted.

• Please bring a bottle of water.
• Dress in comfortable attire that works for both a workout and resting during the sound healing session.
• Suitable for all fitness levels.
• Yoga mat will be provided.

After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay and connect over a cup of soothing herbal tea. An opportunity to share, reflect and deepen your sense of community.
