Join Norah for a 9-week Pilates journey
We’re excited to launch a brand new 9 week Pilates course at the Soane Stable Yard, led by expert instructor Norah.
Perfect for beginners and those at an intermediate level, this mat-based class will guide you through the fundamentals of Pilates while helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall wellbeing — all in a fun, supportive environment.
Each class lasts 50 minutes, and over the course of the program, you'll see and feel your progress, week by week.
Location: Soane Stable Yard Activity Space, Royal Hospital Chelsea (Enter via Chelsea Gate)
Dates: Sundays from 8th June – 10th August
Time: 10:30 AM (50-minute sessions)
Capacity: 12 people per session.
