We’re taking over The Padel Yard - London’s hottest new spot in Vauxhall Square - every Sunday in July for a morning of movement, connection, and seriously good vibes.

Padel. Pilates. Free Soul Greens. And your new Sunday ritual incoming.Join the Free Soul community bright and early as we bring back our sold-out event series for another year. Swap your sunday-morning hangovers for the wellness event of the season - it's time to enter your Padel and Pilates era! Not played Padel before but have been wanting to give it a try? Then this is the event for you. Come alone, or bring your bestie. Free Soul events are made for meeting like-minded girls and leaving with a new group chat.

What to expect:

Padel: Three courts, rotating matches of Padel, the best way to meet new people and try Padel for the first time (Beginners and Padel pros welcome!)

Pilates: Unwind and reconnect together with a sunsoaked Pilates session. Mats provided.

Goodbyes & Goodie Bags: Cool down with Free Soul Greens and take home our exclusive goodie bags!

Please kindly note:This event is strictly open to those with a ticket only. Anyone without a valid ticket will not be admitted entry to the venue. There is a limited amount of tickets available, if you can no longer attend please let a member of the Free Soul team know so we can allow others to join us on the day.
